Every winter morning it’s the same routine: fogged-up windows, a head full of stress, and the clock breathing down your neck.

With a few smart tricks, though, it doesn’t have to be such a nerve‑shredder.

The engine is running, time is tight, visibility is poor - and your heart rate climbs.
