WindFree technology uses 23,000 micro-holes to distribute air evenly
Samsung has unveiled the Samsung Bespoke AI WindFree Pro air conditioner, pairing smart capabilities with a refreshed approach to airflow delivery. At the centre of the launch is the 5 Motion Wind system, which offers five operating modes, ranging from rapid maximum cooling through to a gentle, draught-free WindFree option.
5 Motion Wind modes and WindFree airflow distribution
WindFree technology pushes air through 23,000 micro-holes to spread it evenly and, according to the manufacturer, cuts energy use by 77% compared with standard modes. In addition, built-in AI algorithms assess temperature, humidity, and user behaviour to automatically select the most suitable settings. An AI-based energy-saving mode is also included, designed to reduce power consumption by up to 30% compared with the previous model.
SmartThings integration and voice control
The unit integrates with Samsung SmartThings and supports voice control via Bixby, Google Assistant, and Alexa.
Cooling capacity, noise reduction, and hygiene features
On the technical side, it delivers a cooling capacity of 4.75 kW, uses a dual-compressor system to help lower noise, and features DuraFin Ultra anti-corrosion coating. It also includes an antibacterial filter that removes up to 99% of bacteria. A three-stage self-cleaning system is provided as well, intended to improve both durability and hygiene.
